3. Social Casino - No Real Money Gambling

All games, virtual currency, and rewards are provided solely for entertainment and have no real-world monetary value.

Virtual coins, credits, or other in-game currency used on the Platform cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services. Success in social casino games does not imply future success in real money gambling activities. The Platform is not affiliated with any real money gambling operations.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without our prior written consent.

7. Virtual Currency and Items

The Platform may offer virtual currency, coins, credits, or other virtual items that can be earned through gameplay or promotional activities. These virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money or anything of value. We reserve the right to modify, manage, control, or eliminate virtual currency or items at any time without notice or liability.

Virtual currency balances may expire after periods of account inactivity as determined by us. We are not responsible for any loss of virtual currency or items due to account termination, technical issues, or any other reason.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHANCEWHIRL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and any virtual currency or items associated with your account will be forfeited.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with established arbitration rules.
